Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez is creator of the Hierarchy of Purpose concept (featured in Harvard Business Review), which argues that projects are the lingua franca of business and personal realms. Author of the best-selling The Focused Organization and the newly released The Project Revolution, Antonio has also contributed to four other books. He is a visiting professor at Duke CE, Instituto de Empresa, Solvay, Vlerick, Ecole des Ponts and Skolkovo. Antonio is an economist with an MBA from London Business School and has completed INSEAD's International Director Program. He is fluent in five languages.

Dr. Qingqing Han is the Head of Partnership for the Brightline Initiative. She is responsible for partnerships of Brightline, where she builds extensive networks with executives of global leading companies, entrepreneurs and thought leaders. 

Over the past 10 years, Dr. Han has managed over 30 global projects ranging from corporate performance, human resources, finance, brand and marketing, partnerships, to education and sustainability. Han worked in 7 countries (US, France, Denmark, The Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland and China) and worked in multicultural environments including 3 United Nations agencies. Han earned her BA at Zhejiang University in China, M.S. and Ph.D. at Indiana University in the United States.

Mark Greeven is Professor of Innovation and Strategy at IMD. Drawing on a decade of experience in research, teaching, and consulting in China, Mark organizes innovation initiatives for his clients while their business context is in constant flux. He was on the 2017 Thinkers50 Radar list of 30 next-generation business thinkers, an annual ranking that the Financial Times deemed the Oscars of management thinking. He is a fluent speaker of Chinese.

He is also known for designing the Internet while a research fellow at MIT in the 1970s. Roger was a pioneer of the IP network architecture that supports the global world wide web today (his work was published in IEEE Transactions).


Guðrún Erla Jónsdóttir is a PhD candidate at the Reykjavík University and holds an MSc degree in Marketing and International Business Administration. Since her university days, she has worked in Iceland’s energy and utility business sector, currently holding the position of Strategy Officer at Reykjavík Energy Group and Chairman for Veitur utilities. Prior to her position at Reykjavík Energy, she was the Managing Director for Húsavík Energy. She served as a Director for Samorka, the Federation of Energy and Utility Companies in Iceland from 2012 until 2019, and was Vice Chairman of that board since 2016.

Bjarni S. Jonsson, Co-Founder and CSO of DecideAct, is a strategy specialist and social entrepreneur focusing on large-scale human system change and evolution. Bjarni is a founding partner at DecideAct Management a/s Danish consulting and software company specializing in implementing large scale organizational and cultural change.
Bjarni has a Cand Oecon degree from the University of Iceland, an MBA from University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and finished his doctoral thesis in June 2013 at the Adizes Graduate School in California. His doctoral research was on the significance of citizen communicative engagement in social issues and how that relates to conscious evolution of human social systems.

An open- and global-minded person with focus on free-trade, technology, sustainability and diversity. Active columnist and a frequent speaker. An honorary consul of Slovenia in Iceland, board member of The University of Reykjavik and a member of the Trade and Export Council of Promote Iceland. Five years with McKinsey & Company, working from Tokyo (3 years) and Copenhagen (2 years) with focus on digitization and strategy. Before joining McKinsey & Co. she supported the Vice President of IBM Denmark, worked as a product developer and later as a product manager at Össur in France and Scandinavia.

She holds a M.Sc. in mechanical engineering from The Technical University of Denmark.
